RETURNS POLICY

In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your Kruz Official purchase, we offer the following Returns Policy

Returns

Any items purchased online or in-store excluding Final Sale or Clearance items may be returned for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of the original purchase date.

To be eligible for a Return your item must be

  • unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item must be in the Original Packaging.
  • Have the original receipt or returns note.

Note -We cannot complete your refund if you do not meet these three requirements.

Refunds  

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item  

If your Return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your Credit Card or Original method of Payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuers policies 

 

Returning Items Deemed to Have a Fault

If you deem your item has a fault, please contact our online department on 023 8833780 or email aftersales@kruzofficial.com , and we will deal with your issue immediately.

 

Shipping       

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund

These terms will apply to all of your purchases from Kruz Official, whether you are ordering online, in store or by telephone.

 

Payment

You can pay for your order online, over the phone by the following methods: Visa, MasterCard and One 4 All. 

 

Your Agreement with Us

We will confirm acceptance (or otherwise) of your order as soon as possible

We use our own fleet of trucks for deliveries, and we also use DPD and Fastway couriers for smaller items.

 

Delivery Times

Delivery timelines vary for each product and for outlined on our website.

*Working days do not include Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays.

 

Warranty for E-Bikes & E-Scooters

If you received a faulty item, or it becomes faulty whilst in its warranty period, we will be happy to repair or replace the item.

All Kruz E-bikes and E Scooters come with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.

All product manuals detail the warranty Policy.

In all cases, you must first follow our simple returns procedure.

First, call 023 8833780, as in some instances we may be able to provide information that resolves the problem.

If this is not the case, we will organise a collection of the product and email the full details of how to return the product

Once we receive the product back, a member of the aftersales staff will inspect and test the product.

We will notify you of our findings and, if the item is found to be faulty, we will either fix it or replace the item.
